2. การให้บริการให้คำปรึกษาด้านการจัดการองค์กร และการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์
3. การให้บริการสรรหา คัดเลือกบุคลากรเข้ามาปฏิบัติงาน

ตำแหน่งงานว่าง - Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support QE Customer GM-Thailand on production line for I-190 Air Conditioning System
• Support Isuzu production for Caliper & Fuel Filter
• Work with engineering team at GM / Delphi and supplier to resolve quality / engineering issues (if any)
• Support IAM customer for new product development
• Support sales team from engineering prospective for developing products for IAM market in Thailand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing industry or trading company
• Having knowledge and very strong preference for automotive field
• Able to work independently
• Courageous and decisive. Capable of making quick decisions
• Possess strong analytical ability, problem solving skills
• Take a hands-on approach to problem solving
• Good personality and positive attitude
• Good command in English and effective Communication Skill
• Willing to work in Rayong (Eastern Seaboard)

ตำแหน่งงานว่าง - Procurement Manager

Responsibilities
· Implement procurement management system to make financial savings in Operating Costs and Capex Cost
· Develop/train Purchasing staff and parties related to procurement
· Establish and implement a cost reduction program
· Foster a mentoring program to encourage team building among related parties (purchasing and users) · Develop just in time purchasing, and review the automatic reordering process
· Implement a Supplier Relationship Program engaging cross functional colleagues to ensure relationships are managed as one and contract compliance is achieved
· Improve the supplier management system including vendor list and supplier performance evaluation · Establish and implement Sourcing strategy
· Develop the business processes for contract management
· Develop procurement process to be implemented by users for low value items
· Establish and implement the usage planning and procurement planning
· Manage the efficient procurement process to reduce the time consumed for Purchase requisition and purchase order

Qualifications
· Bachelor degree (engineering background with an MBA will be a plus)
· 5-10 years of related experiences (experiences in power plant or petrochemical business will be a plus) · Excellent communication of both verbal and written English
· Strong analytical skills
· Strategic Thinking
· Can do attitude
· Willing to work in Rayong province
